What? You selected the cheapest mover online? August 13, 2009

I can refer you to a reputable mover.

How many of us have heard horror stories from family or friends about hiring a moving company to move household goods only to be exasperated entirely by what happened?  My question is how did they select the mover?  Very likely they hunted and pecked online and chose the cheapest bid.   Their website looked good so they MUST be alright, right?

We all want to trim costs where we can. I get feedback from people and they do admit sometimes to going for the cheapest bid.  Cost seemed the most important factor at the time.  What they don’t realize is the final bill is often thousands of dollars more!

What?  You don’t want to pay it?  What position are you in when the mover can drive away with your household goods?

Here’s a great MSN article about moving companies  telling you 10 things moving companies will not tell you.  It will surely give you pause for thought.

This article tells shares with you very real concerns.  Selecting your mover by lowest bid online is not always the best method.

I can refer you to a moving company that maintains a good reputation and operates on the level.  It may not be the cheapest of all bids but it will be fair market price and they will explain to you what you are getting for that price.  I like to deal with companies who “on the level” and stand behind their work.

There is no fee for me finding you the mover.  The mover will appreciate getting my call and we’ll work together so you get reliable service.  You can always pack up a UHaul yourself.  But if you’d like some solid assistance in your household move or other aspects of your move, call ReloMary.
