Renting before purchasing sometimes just makes good sense!  You are moving to a new area and want to feel it out prior to purchase.  You need to determine the neighborhoods and schools suitable.  You would like to figure out traffic patterns and don’t want to be sitting in traffic for hours on your way to and from work.  You have a house to sell prior to being able to seriously consider purchasing another.  There are many reasons renting makes good sense prior to purchasing in a new town.  And you want to make that wise investment instead of just making a good buy.  Sometimes renting for awhile helps it all fall into place.
