Let’s talk. Once we find out your goal/direction, we will match you with handpicked professionals who have the tools and resources needed to help you from A-Z. Our networks are in place and ready to go to work for you. This is far superior to going online and randomly picking someone to work with. We remain available by phone and email throughout. We recommend NOT randomly picking anyone to assist you in the entire process.  Horror stories are what we often hear when people do that.  You have found “the place” that will save you from such

We assist individuals, families, and business people who are selling, buying, and moving anywhere in the United States or Canada. The following will hopefully give you insight into what we do. All you need to do is ask us and we will tell you if it’s within our scope. If it is, we’ll be happy to help. If it is not, we will tell you. Our goal is always that you will have a great end result and tell others so news spreads positively one customer at a time.

1. First Time Home Buyers – A young California couple about to have their first baby, living in an apartment, is ready to purchase their first home. We matched them with a Realtor® who works well with 1^st time homebuyers and knows the programs available to them. They moved in a month before the baby was born and so pleased they had a comfortable and safe place to bring their baby home to from the hospital.

2. Household Movers – A somewhat urgent move household move needed to happen in a large Southern U.S. city. We were called and matched them with a Realtor® who could find them an up market rental and also a reliable mover who could move their cherished household items. They were thrilled with the caliber of care and professionalism extended.

3. Two Locations – There may be two locations you are interested in moving but it’s a matter of finding out more information than you now have to make that decision. Realtors® are some of the best versed people about their geographical areas. Think of us when you have this dilemma of making a decision of what place to move – we can connect you with a Realtor® to answer questions.

4. Car Movers – We can connect you to a reliable car transporter. We do NOT recommend you go with a random online bid.

5. Elegant Homes – You may be in the market for an elegant home. If you would like to be connected with a Realtor® or interview more than one, we can handpick those agents for you to interview. We will narrow it down for you and find you however many agents you want to interview – but they have already been pre-screened so you will be able to pick from those who work with Elegant Homes. We’ve had success in taking this approach.

6. Market Analysis – If you are thinking of selling your home but really don’t know the value of it in this market and this will help you determine whether to sell now, we would be happy to connect you with a Realtor® in your area to help you with the current value of your home so you can make an educated decision.  Again, this Realtor® will be handpicked for you – they will be seasoned and know the type of real estate you are selling in the area you live.  There could be a fee charged by the agent for this but would likely be refunded if you ended up listing with that agent down the road.

7. Seniors – We love working with Seniors and will select Realtors® who focus at least part of their business working with Seniors. There may be health issues at hand and special needs because of it. It is good to work with those who understand the meaning of moving from the “family” home to something smaller or even to a retirement home. We’re all for getting the job done in your timeframe and making it straightforward and pleasant.

8. Mortgage Assistance – we will be happy to assist you in finding a reputable mortgage lender. It is key that you are comfortable with the lender you work with. If you would like to meet with more than one lender, we will find more than one for you to speak with.

9.  Pet Transportation – when moving a long distance, you may need help in transporting your pets.  We can put you touch with the professionals who focus on safe and comfortable pet transport. 

10. Full 9 Yards – You may have a house to sell and you will be moving all your household things to a new home in another area. Overwhelmed thinking about it? We can get you organized with a Realtor® at both ends and help with a household mover and car transporter. If you need to rent initially, no worries. We’ll help you.
