I am 100% sure you are having the time of your life having them nearby. They lead busy lives and it reminded me of when you and I first met - with young kids of our own. She did a wonderful job in connecting them to the best realtor for them. As an added extra bonus I get to have my daughter and her family close by. Now my son is saving up for his first home, hopefully soon Mary will be called on again.
