Multiple offers on homes again! Really?

I attended a real estate company weekly meeting a couple days ago. Properties in our area of Northern California were being discussed. That discussion happens weekly but THIS week the discussion was a bit different. It was reported by a few in the meeting that multiple offers on properties in Northern California were again happening.

We’re all ready for this economy to turn around. What we hear on the news isn’t in sync with what is happening in real time. If you’re thinking at all about purchasing while interest rates are good and prices are still down, perhaps you should take the first step and start investigating first hand what’s happening around you.
